Accessible, compassionate therapy at a pay-what-you-can rate.
Talk It Out Wednesdays is designed for individuals who do not have insurance coverage for therapy, experience financial insecurity, and are seeking emotional support, healing, and growth. These sessions are offered by Practicum Therapists- trained and supervised graduate students or experienced practitioners relocating to Canada. This service is available to residents of Ontario ages 13+.
What to expect:
50-minute therapy sessions available every Wednesday by phone or secure video call.
A judgment-free, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Sessions are not for crisis or emergency support. If you're in crisis, please contact a local helpline or emergency services.
How to access:
✅ Sign up by Tuesday at 6 PM for a Wednesday session.
✅ After signing up, you will receive an intake and consent form to complete.
✅ In the form, you will:
Share what you’d like support with.
Choose your payment tier based on what you can afford.
Enter your payment details securely—your selected amount will be charged after your session.
✅ Once your form is submitted, your session will be confirmed.
How to choose a rate:
We recognize that financial situations vary, and we ask you to pay what you can afford within the tiered structure below.
💙 $10–$25 → If you struggle to meet basic necessities (rent, groceries, bills).
☕ $30–$45 → If you can afford 1-2 coffees per week.
🍱 $50–$75 → If you can afford the occasional takeout meal.
